After months of wanting to buy some fish, we finally did it last week. Since fish is probably about the only kind of pet I would allow in our home (I even refused to clean out the fish tank) we went to Walmart and bought four goldfish. Sadly, within a week all four goldfish bit the dust within one day of eachother. We really don't understand why. We fed them and Santiago cleaned the bowl twice. Poor Isaiah banged on the glass when the last fish died to try and get it to swim around. Fortunately each goldfish only cost $0.15, so we won't be breaking the bank anytime soon as we will keep on buying more fish until they survive.
