6 months

Weight: 16 lbs 13 oz
Height: 27 inches (not so sure they always measure accurately)
Xavier has been crawling for over a month now...and getting into everything. He loves to play with Isaiah's trains, and gets pushed off of them alot because of it. Even though Isaiah can get rough with him sometimes, we can see the bond that they have already. Isaiah can always make Xavier laugh by talking to him. And Xavier purposely pulls Isaiah's hair, as if he knows how to get back at his older brother already.
He is now pulling himself up to his knees, and babbles a ton. Sleep wise...he takes about 3-4 naps a day of about 30 min. His bedtime is at 8, but is still waking up about every two hours until 7:30. I try not to nurse him, but sometimes it is the only way to get him back to sleep. With Isaiah we didn't feel good about letting him cry it out (yes we are softies), but I think I could try with Xavier. I wish we were in a house already so that it wouldn't effect Isaiah's sleep.
Speaking of being in a house, still no word on our offer. There has been progress though, and hopefully we will find out soon. We are still looking at other homes but can't find anything else that has everything we want.
*As a sidenote, last week Santiago came down with a bad case of pneumonia. At first we thought he had the flu. We decided to take him into the urgent care when he hadn't been able to keep anything down for a few days. After a chest xray was done they saw the big patch on his lung. The doctor said if he didn't feel the least bit better the next day, then he would probably have to be admitted. Fortunately after a blessing and anti-biotics (and a shot where the sun don't shine) the next day he did feel better, and now he seems to be back to his normal self. I have to admit, after taking care of the kids all by myself for three days, it really made me appreciate all that he does. I am really grateful for the awesome husband and father that he is.
