The month of Feb.

This month seemed to fly by! Here is what we've been up to:

On Valentines Day we celebrated as a family and went to dinner at a great Mexican restaurant close to our home. We even got complemented on how great our kids behaved. (It's amazing what endless chips and salsa can do). That comment pretty much made my night.
Our little valentine:
A few days later Santiago and I celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary. We went to see The Vow (tear jerker), came home so I could feed Sam, and then went to dinner at The Daily Grill (eh). Hopefully next year we can actually celebrate away from kids and longer than just a couple of hours. The last time we were by ourselves overnight was before we had Isaiah. 7 years have gone by so fast! I'm so grateful I found such an incredible guy.
Cute moments before church:
Samantha and her best friend Noemia. Sam is about 6 wks older. Although they mostly sleep and cry when they're together, I'm sure it won't be long until they are fighting over barbies and later boys! So glad our friends the Dutras moved back to Fresno.
We've slowly been working on the backyard. We have SO MUCH DIRT to get rid of! Santiago moved the orange tree so that the swing set can be put where it was.
Lets hope it survives! Things aren't looking to good right now. The boys love playing out there, and they know to expect a shower as soon as they come inside.Aren't kids so cuddly when they are in their pajamas?
In our church, we serve in various positions. The bishop asks members of the congregation if they would be willing to serve in these callings. Lets just say Webelos Den Leader in the Cub Scouts came as a surprise to me. I had to go and buy a Cub Scout shirt and everything. I'm a little nervous, but I think it will be fun. 10 year old boys...lets see!
Lastly, Samantha got her two bottom teeth in. The first one came in about three weeks ago, and the second one about 1 1/2 weeks after that. Right on track with her brothers. She is rolling now from her back to stomach and grabs everything out of my hands. Not pushing herself forward yet, but she turns in circles. She is almost able to sit up without support. We started giving her solids. Rice cereal was not a hit. So far she has had carrots and sweet potatoes, and she did a little better. Tonight squash!
First spoonful..so sweet and not knowing what is going on:
