18 weeks!

Yesterday marked my 18th week in my pregnancy. I am definetely showing alot quicker this time around. I also started to feel the baby move a couple weeks ago. With Isaiah...I didn't feel him move until I was atleast 20 weeks along. I am feeling really good, except for the sharp pains I get when I get up too quickly. No morning sickness...I haven't even felt like vomiting (sorry for the info). I feel like the baby is huge already...sometimes I can't even sit right because I feel like it is right underneath my rib cage...but I thinks its way too soon for that to be possible.

I have my next appt on Tues, and then they will schedule my ultrasound. Hopefully within that week (I'm crossing my fingers). With Isaiah we both knew it was a boy pretty much from the get go, but with this baby we have no idea. Santiago has had dreams of a baby boy. I had a dream of blessing a girl, but then a couple dreams of delivery a boy. So basically...who knows! I am pretty anxious about finding out. (Melanie I don't know how you can wait!) I really want Isaiah to have a little brother close in age, but at the same time I'm anxious to see what its like to have a girl.

Yesterday Santiago took me out for a "Pre Mother's Day" date. We went to Phoenician Gardens which is a Mediterranean restaurant. Santiago had never really had that type of food, and I hadn't had it since I stopped working (drug reps always brought it in...the one thing I miss about working). It so good with the garlic sauce, rice pilaf and chicken kebobs. Probably one of my favorite things to eat. Afterwards we decided to go miniture golfing. The last time we went was when we were dating. We both got a hole in one once which had pretty much more to do with luck then skill (sorry honey). But it was nice to do something fun together without catering to a bossy toddler. I think when you get married and have kids you start to forgot how to have random fun together. Right now Santiago is making dinner for Mother's Day...such a sweet husband!
